Dragonfly Property Management, LLC is a Huntsville-based company founded in 2006 and focused on providing affordable homes for families that are looking to lease a home for a short period while in transition or for longer term leases to suit their needs. At Dragonfly Properties, we believe that everyone deserves a high quality of living; especially when it comes to the place they call home.
It is our goal to provide good, sound homes at affordable rents that are clean and well maintained. To that end, we make the following pledge to our tenants:
All we ask in return is for our tenants to do their part by:
- Keeping the properties clean and undamaged;
- Performing minor maintenance and repairs, if needed;
- Notifying us promptly of any maintenance issues requiring attention; and
- Maintaining a good payment record with us.
On occasion, our tenants find that they enjoy the homes they are leasing so much that they are interested in purchasing them. We are very supportive of this and work with tenants interested in purchasing by providing lease-purchase options enabling them to build equity with their lease creating a built-in down payment with a mortgage lender. This is especially effective for people that are repairing or building their credit history and want to ensure that the house they are living in and the improvements they may want to make will be theirs in the future.
